Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an error with your custom order due to one of the following reasons, we will correct the issue and resend your original order at no additional cost:

  • Your order was damaged or lost during shipping.
  • There was a spelling error made by PeppyStamps.
  • Incorrect customization details were applied.

Note: If the mistake is due to a customer’s misspelling or incorrect selection of options, the product will not be eligible for return.


Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at Info@peppystamps.com with photographic proof of the defect.
